The OM4 MM Armored Fiber Optic Cable LC/LC Duplex in 2M stands out in its class thanks to its armoured construction.
Where an ordinary patch cord is vulnerable to crushing and foot traffic, the metal armour tube of this cable protects the glass fibre even under heavy physical pressure.
That makes the 2M version ideal for routing under raised computer-room floors and through busy cable paths, where cables are easily pinched or stepped on.

Technical features
This patch cord lc is built from an OM4 50/125 µm fibre, protected by a metal armour tube (2.2 mm) and a 3.0 mm LSZH outer jacket. The duplex LC/UPC connectors deliver a typical insertion loss of ≤0.20 dB and return loss of ≥30 dB (MM UPC)
Crush resistance is 200/500 N per 100 mm and impact resistance ≥5J. Effective modal bandwidth is ≥4700 MHz·km at 850 nm.
Operating temperature -20 °C to +70 °C; compliant with TIA-492AAAD, RoHS and REACH. Minimum bend radius: 20D/10D. Indoor use only.
