Technical details
This lc lc single mode fiber cable is based on a g652d fiber optic cable specification (a worldwide standard for single mode, meaning the light travels through one narrow path and stays stable over longer distances).
Insertion loss — a term for the bit of signal that drops as light passes through the cable — sits at a typical 0.20 dB, which is very low.
Return loss, the small share of light that bounces back, stays above 50 dB, giving you clear transmission without noise.
The outside carries an LSZH jacket (a sheath that releases very little smoke and no halogen gas during fire), and below that sits a 2.2 mm metal armour layer.
This lc-lc cable runs reliably between -20°C and +70°C and meets RoHS, REACH and IEC60332-1. Suitable for indoor use.
